Ceramic whirlgate
A special component of the gating system – the ceramic whirl gate – is designed to catch slag and other impurities before the molten metal enters the mold cavity. This special gating system part is manufactured in diameters of 60, 80, 100, and 120 mm.

Insulation for Casting Production
Double-layer insulating shapes of the IZOCAST “sandwich” type are used in foundries in cases where it is necessary to increase the feeding efficiency of the riser or to extend the solidification time in a specific casting volume. The shapes are primarily placed on surfaces where extended solidification time is required without any negative effect on the surface quality – these are areas that will not be further machined, or only with a minimal machining allowance.
