Basic Information
SEEIF Ceramic, a.s. is a producer and supplier of traditional unshaped refractory products with more than 30 years of history and many years of experience exporting to different countries in the world. Production of refractory materials for the metallurgical industry is carried out in plant no. 2 in Rájec Jestřebí, the Czech Republic. The plant has an annual production of about 10,000 tons of unshaped refractory products. SEEIF ceramic, a.s. mostly specializes in the production of tap hole clays for blast furnaces. The plant has a fully automated production line, a laboratory and a research and development center.

Technology
Production of the tap hole clays takes place on a modern production line, which is equipped with a fully automatic production system.
Automated Production System
Production is carried out through a fully automated production system. Every batch is weighed with calibrated weighing system.
Consistent Check
A multi process check is carried out during the production. The plant has its own laboratory and development center.
Every Batch Can Be Tracked
Of course, there are records of the production and we store records automatically in the archives of the automatic production system.
Product Portfolio
There are two families of the tap hole clay produced in SEEIF Ceramic, “BUH” and “SEEIF-TAP”, which were developed according to the needs of different customers.
